Two Upcoming Wellness Workshops at Hopespring Wellness in Bellevue

Updated: Sep 28

At Hopespring Wellness, we believe that better health begins with better understanding. This fall, we are bringing our community together for two educational workshops focused on areas many people ask us about every day: energy and recovery, and long-term brain health.

Both workshops will be held at our Bellevue clinic and are designed to provide practical information in an approachable, small-group environment.

Whether you are interested in learning more about IV therapy or want evidence-informed strategies for maintaining memory, focus, and mental clarity as you age, we invite you to join us.

IV Therapy Workshop

Feel Better From the Inside Out

Wednesday, September 30, 20263:00 PM–4:00 PM

@ Hopespring Wellness, Bellevue, WA

Our first workshop will introduce participants to the fundamentals of IV therapy and answer many of the common questions surrounding its use.

The session will be presented by Caitlin Cooprider, BSN, RN, of IV By Paradiso, who will explain how IV therapy works, what is typically included in IV formulations, and what patients can expect during a treatment.

Topics will include hydration, vitamins and minerals, energy support, immune health, recovery, and general wellness.

Rather than simply presenting IV therapy as a trend, the goal of this workshop is to help participants better understand when it may be appropriate, what questions they should ask, and how it may fit into a broader wellness plan.

What you will learn

Participants will have the opportunity to learn about:

  • How IV therapy delivers fluids and nutrients directly into the bloodstream

  • Common vitamins, minerals, and nutrients used in IV formulations

  • Potential applications for hydration, recovery, energy, and wellness

  • What happens during an IV therapy session

  • Who may or may not be an appropriate candidate

  • Questions to ask before receiving IV therapy

There will also be time for questions and discussion.

Brain Health Workshop

The Science of Staying Sharp, Energized & Focused as You Age

Wednesday, October 21, 20263:00 PM–4:00 PM

@ Hopespring Wellness, Bellevue, WA

Our second workshop turns the focus toward one of the most important areas of healthy aging: the brain.

Many adults notice changes in memory, concentration, energy, sleep, or mental clarity as they get older. While some cognitive changes can occur with aging, maintaining brain health involves much more than simply accepting forgetfulness or “brain fog” as inevitable.

This engaging presentation will be led by Xenia Kachur, TEDx speaker and CEO of Mindeo.

Drawing from her background in biomedical engineering and years of work in cognitive health, Xenia will explain the science behind brain performance and healthy aging in a way that is practical and understandable.

What affects brain health as we age?

Brain health is influenced by many interconnected factors, including:

  • Sleep quality

  • Physical activity

  • Cardiovascular health

  • Stress

  • Nutrition

  • Social connection

  • Cognitive stimulation

  • Daily routines and lifestyle habits

Rather than focusing on a single “brain hack,” this workshop will look at how everyday behaviors can influence memory, attention, mood, and cognitive resilience over time.

Participants will also hear examples of people who have worked to improve their mental clarity and day-to-day cognitive performance.

What you will take away

The goal is for attendees to leave with practical strategies they can begin using in daily life to support:

  • Memory

  • Mental clarity

  • Focus and concentration

  • Energy

  • Mood

  • Healthy cognitive aging

No complicated apps or extreme lifestyle changes are required. The emphasis will be on realistic, sustainable habits that can support brain health over the long term.
