Hopespring Wellness Academy offers practical, engaging classes designed to help individuals build healthier, more balanced lives. Our workshops bring together experienced instructors in traditional medicine, movement, mindfulness, and integrative wellness, translating time-tested practices into accessible tools that can be used in everyday life. Whether you are exploring a new wellness practice or looking to deepen your knowledge, our goal is to provide a welcoming and supportive learning environment for people of all experience levels.
The Academy’s programs will include our three-part Qigong Workshop Series, along with future classes in meditation, stress management, healthy aging, self-care, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and other mind-body wellness topics. New workshops will be added throughout the year, giving participants opportunities to learn, practice, and connect with knowledgeable teachers and members of the local community.
